1. Introduction

2. Refunds

3. Refunds procedure
3.1 In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact through the contact form dedicated to refunds requests, while being logged in, specifying the name of the product or service, your user name, your email address, the purchase ID and the reason for your refunds request.
3.2 Providing a reason for the refunds request is mandatory.
3.3 We will investigate your request and the reason behind it, and try to come up with a solution for your case;
3.4 If we will not be able to offer you a solution within 10 working days to your request, and the reason is of sensible nature, we will proceed with the full refund.
3.3 Once the return of funds is completed you will have no right to access the product or service you have requested the refund for.
4. Exclusions
4.1 The following types of refund exclusion apply under this policy:
(a) Not providing a reason with your request.
(b) Not providing all the required information to process the request, as per point 3.1 of this policy.
(c) Encountered technical problems while using the product or service, that are not related to our product or our platform.
5. Refunds
5.1 We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any refund request done by you in accordance with this policy.
5.2 We will not refund to you any processing charges of any payment processing companies.
5.4 We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
5.5 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we have decided to refund you.
